Physical Access to servers - Once you have
collocated your servers in the SimpliQ DataCenter, you have round-the-clock access to them.
All you have to do is notify the DataCenter personnel at least 12 hours in advance.
Security Audit - Upon request our technicians
will perform a security audit on your servers to discover the pontential security holes and
vulnerabilities in the installed software, as well as misconfigurations of the firewall.
Data Backup - All our servers include an
offsite backup space on a centralized, secure backup server. You can access this server
through FTP with th eprovided credentials. We can also configure your server to make automated
backups.
Redundant BGP Connections - The SimpliQ DataCenter
has multiple internet providers.Through BGP all connections work simultaneously, ensuring the fastest
route is chosen to the destination.
Management - This service includes updates,
upgrades, initial server configuration as well as post-install reconfiguration of the server.
(firewall, kernel, software updates, recompiling of PHP libraries and Apache configurations etc)
Monitoring - Through this your server's services
are monitored by SimpliQ's internal Alerting systems. The notifications sent by this system are sent
both you as well as SimpliQ techs, whom can act upon these alerts and solve the possible issues.
No monthly commitment - Unlike other providers
of similar services, SimpliQ doesn't impose on its clients a commitment contract.
